My Embody chair is perfect!

I finally got my Embody Chair and it's absolutely amazing! The shipping was faster than I expected, and putting it together was a breeze. I've been wanting one for ages and it totally lives up to the hype. My back feels so much better already. I'm going to tell everyone about this place!

Always reliable, great chair

Another solid purchase from DesignCabinet. I've bought a few Herman Miller chairs from them over the years, and this Embody Chair is just as good as the others. Arrived quickly, well-packaged, and exactly as described. Always a consistent experience, which is why I keep coming back.

Good value for an Aeron

I was looking for an Aeron chair but the new ones are so expensive. I found a refurbished Aeron Classic here and it was a great price, almost 40% off. It arrived quickly and looks really good for a used chair. Felt like a smart purchase for my budget.

Got a good deal on Aeron

So I needed a new office chair and my buddy told me about DesignCabinet. I snagged a refurbished Aeron Classic during their sale. It came looking pretty much new, no joke. Shipping was faster than I thought it'd be, like two days earlier than the tracking said. Super comfy, totally worth it.

Mirra 2 works well

Ordered a Mirra 2 chair a few weeks ago for my home office setup. It came in good condition, no issues. Delivery took about a week, which was fine. It's comfortable, definitely better than my old chair. Overall, a pretty good experience. I'd probably buy from them again if I needed something similar.

Good chair, delivery could improve

I bought a Mirra 2 chair here, and the chair itself is fantastic, really comfortable. The price for a refurbished model was excellent compared to new ones. The delivery, though, took longer than I expected, about 10 days, and the tracking updates weren't super frequent. Customer service was polite when I called about it, but they didn't offer much in terms of speeding things up. Still, the chair is great value, just be prepared for potentially slower shipping than some other online stores.

Detailed Aeron Remastered review

I ordered an Aeron Remastered chair a few weeks ago, specifically looking for the PostureFit SL. The ordering process on the website was straightforward enough, though a few more filter options for specific configurations would be helpful. Delivery took about 8 business days, which felt a bit long but was within the estimated window. The chair arrived fully assembled and securely packed, no damage whatsoever. Quality wise, it's a Herman Miller, so it's top-notch. The adjustment mechanisms all work smoothly, and the PostureFit SL makes a noticeable difference in lower back support. I also contacted customer service once with a question about the warranty on refurbished parts, and they responded within 24 hours with a clear, helpful answer. Overall, a good experience, the product is performing as expected.

Detailed feedback on my Sayl

I ordered a Sayl Chair in black a few weeks ago. The ordering process online was straightforward, though I did have a small question about delivery times which I sent to customer support. They got back to me the next day with a clear answer. The chair arrived well-packaged and earlier than the tracking said, which was a nice surprise. Assembly was easy enough, took me maybe 20 minutes. Quality seems solid, exactly what I expected from Herman Miller. It's comfortable for my long work hours and looks good in my space. The lumbar support feels just right. Overall, a smooth purchase and I'm happy with the chair itself.
